A 250HR PMP service covers basic maintenance like fluid changes and safety inspections. The 1000HR major service is comprehensive, includes everything in a standard PMP plus component replacements like hydraulic filters, brake adjustments, and detailed wear inspections.

Why is it important you conduct a major service each year on your forklift?

Annual major servicing helps prevent costly breakdowns, extends equipment life, and ensures safety compliance. It identifies and replaces worn parts before they fail, preventing unexpected downtime and maintaining your warranty coverage while meeting Australian safety standards.

Are pallet racking inspections compulsory?

Yes, under Australian standards for pallet racking AS4084-2023, all warehouses with pallet racking must undergo an annual third-party inspection.

What happens if my warehouse has more than 500 pallet positions?

Your voucher covers up to 500 pallet positions at no cost. Warehouses with more positions receive a $495 credit toward their total audit.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

This offer is available in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne metropolitan areas only, with service availability subject to technician scheduling and capacity during the promotional period. All 1000HR forklift services must be booked and completed by January 30th, 2026, with bookings subject to availability during the Christmas shutdown period and requiring minimum 48 hours notice for service cancellations. Transport costs for forklift collection and delivery are not included in advertised pricing. A complimentary racking audit voucher is issued with every qualifying 1000HR service booking, covering up to 500 pallet positions ($495 value). For warehouses exceeding 501 pallet positions, a discount will be applied to the additional inspection costs. The racking audit voucher must be redeemed and inspection completed by March 31st, 2026, is non-transferable and holds no cash value. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST, with standard payment terms applying. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and SOWS reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time. All work performed is subject to SOWS standard warranty terms, and customers must provide safe site access for both forklift service and racking inspection.
